Vantage Meters was founded back in 2015 to help support Britain’s transition to a smarter low carbon grid. Since then we’ve funded over 225,000 smart meters across the UK, partnering with some of the country’s leading energy suppliers.

April 2022 marked yet another milestone, as our partner TruEnergy, alongside nationwide installers AES Smart Metering, successfully installed and commissioned their first dual fuel SMETS2 meter set. Tru Energy is domestic and commercial energy supplier, focusing on bespoke contracts for businesses and energy supply for customers using utility bill splitting services.

Both Kaifa and George Wilson metering technology are being used to meet their rollout requirements, utilising not only standard meters, but additional variants such as 5-terminal, polyphase and dual band, to ensure all their customers are able to benefit from SMETS2 technology.
